Comfortable with a defender draped all over him, Michael posts up as an ever-improving dual threat due to enhanced feeding skills. • For the second year in a row he is one of UVA’s captains (one of four)
• Against Lehigh became just the fourth Cavalier to reach the 100-goal, 100-assist mark for a career
• Started all six of UVA’s games
• No. 4 in the ACC with 4.33 points per game
• Key member of UVA’s ride, which ranked No. 2 in the nation forcing opponents to only clear at a .737 clip

• Son of Steve and Kelly Kraus
• Has two older brothers, Jack and Peter
• Father, Steve, was a two-time lacrosse All-American at UVA and still holds the career face-off win record at 68 percent (325-of-478)
• Uncle, Andy Kraus, was a three-time All-American at UVA and currently sits No. 2 all-time in program history with 327 ground balls
• Brother, Peter, played lacrosse at Michigan in 2016
