Milan Murray
TIFFANY ON MURRAY
2020 – “Despite the inability to practice or compete for two seasons, Milan’s resolve and determination to make the best of his situation have made an impact on the rest of us. To be perseverant with optimism despite the multiple injuries speaks volumes about the character of the man. We are fortunate to have Milan, both in our lives and locker room.” 2019 – “The fall was a forgettable one for him as he faced not one, but two injuries that wiped out all training. This man’s maturation has allowed him to handle this in stride and to remain positive with his outlook this spring.” 2018 – “Amongst the primary missions of our University is the thorough development of its students. Our lacrosse program has a similar agenda. As this second year is proving both on the field and in the classroom, Milan is an indelible example of the measurable growth and maturation UVA craves to witness. He is taking ownership of his development and the team’s success. There is no one in our program who creates as much fear with a room and time shot – Milan brings the heat unlike anyone else.”
