TIFFANY ON CONRAD
2019 – “With much anticipation surrounding his return, this captain has cut no corners with his rehabilitation and preparation to once again play a pivotal role for our program in multiple areas.” 2018 – “The competitive fire in Ryan is crystal clear, both on game day and in practice:  his motor never slows.  A great deal is asked of Ryan but he does not back down from taking on more responsibilities.  Aside from playing on both ends of the field and being a member of our man-down unit, Ryan is serving as a captain this year and thus far he has found a healthy balance of leading both by example and with his words despite being a year younger than some teammates.”
