Reese Stepanian

2025 – “Thrown into the colosseum of college lacrosse this fall, Reese has proven to be more than up to the challenge. He showed us right away that he has an intelligence, a lacrosse acumen for off-ball spacing, timing of slides and adapting to the new nomenclature used by our team defense. Reese is pouring his entire being into becoming a strong Division One defenseman: the progress is already evident.”

PERSONAL

• Son of Andrew and Elizabeth Stepanian, both of whom graduated from UVA
• Has two siblings, Katharine and Driggs
• Sister Katharine (class of 2026) cousins Tyler (class of 2027) and Jack (class of 2025) attend UVA
• Enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking and basketball
