Wills Burt
TIFFANY ON BURT
2025 – “We needed more athleticism on our defensive end of the field, and Wills has delivered with both the physical and mental commitment to being a dynamic short-stick d-mid for us. What a difference a year has made as Wills has dialed in his knowledge of our defense to become a beast-mode intellectual with our team defense. He possesses both powerful checks and stimulating full-field transition runs to spark quick strikes: he is one of our most powerful shooters.” 2024 – “Wills attacks the field and the weight room with a beast mentality. This no-nonsense approach equates to reserving smiles and compassion for later. He is here to battle. After missing some time due to an injury this fall, Wills has been making up for lost time with a vengeance, demonstrating to us he can make plays at both ends of the field. To date, most of Wills’ meeting and film study has been focused on offense. But the defensive side of the ball could also prove to be a strength of his as witnessed in the fall scrimmage.”
