• Ranked as the No. 4 recruit in the class
• Went undefeated in individual events at the Colorado State Championships, the third girl to do so over her entire high school career
• 4x State Champion in the 200 and 500 Freestyle
• Won gold in the 4×200 Free Relay at the 2023 World Junior Championships in Netanya, Israel
• Won silver in the 400m Free at the 2023 World Junior Championships, also earning silver in the 4×100 Free Relay and Mixed 4×100 Free Relay

• Parents are Mike Mintenko and Lindsay Mintenko
• Has a younger brother, Jake
• Father, Mike, was a two-time Olympic swimmer representing Canada in 2000 and 2004
• Mother, Lindsay (Benko) Mintenko, won two golds and a silver representing the United States at the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. She also served as USA Swimming’s National Team Managing Director from 2017-24
