• Defeated No. 18 Bryce Martin of Indiana (11/3) in the season-opening dual
• Defeated No. 17 Thomas Bullard of NC State (2/1) in sudden victory with a 3-1 decision

2017-18
• Posted a 14-9 record in his redshirt season, wrestling at 157 and 165 pounds
• Tallied seven bonus-point wins, including two pins, three tech falls and two major decisions
• Turned in a second-place finish at the Wolfpack Open (11/19) with a 4-1 record
• Dropped the title match at the Wolfpack Open to Mitch Finesilver of Duke in a 2-1 decision
• Moved up to 165 pounds prior to the Appalachian Open in January
• Turned in a third-place finish at Appalachian Open (1/27) with a 4-1 record at 165 pounds
