• After starting 0-2 at the App State Individual Quad (1/2) went 3-3 in additional matches after duals
• Defeated AJ Kovacs (NC State) and Nick Lirette (UNC) in those additional matches

2019-20
• Competed in four open tournaments at 165 pounds in his redshirt season with a 5-8 record
• Wrestled at the Wilkes Open (12/22), the App State Open (1/25), the Mat Town Open II (2/23) and at the National Collegiate Open (3/1)

• His father, Tony, wrestled at Old Dominion (1990-1992)
• His great uncle, Bill Coulson, competed for the US Bobsled Team at the 1972 and 1980 Olympics
