Abby joined the Virginia Athletics Foundation in June of 2025 as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Before joining the VAF, Abby spent two years at Ohio University, working for the Ohio Bobcat Club (OBC). During her time with the OBC, she oversaw crowdfunding campaigns for four sports, alumni reunions, social media, premium spaces, and donor benefits. She also oversaw the Ohio Sports Administration Program Fundraising Committee, running various fundraisers throughout the year to help fund program needs and student experiential learning trips.
Prior to OU, Abby spent her time in coaching and event management. She served as the Head Swim Coach and Assistant Manager at Crestwood Swim Club and Assistant Coach of Track & Field. She also worked as a ticketing intern while attending undergraduate school at the University of Dayton where she received a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Wellness (2023).
A Dayton, Ohio native, Abby earned her Master of Business Administration and Master of Sport Administration from Ohio University in 2025. Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors, doing puzzles, trying new coffee shops, and working out.
