Alyssa Tolentino

Alyssa Tolentino joined the Virginia athletics department in the spring of 2023 working with the women’s volleyball and women’s golf teams. Prior to coming to UVA, Tolentino spent two-and-a-half years working at the University of Miami primarily with their women’s volleyball team and assisting with their women’s rowing team.

Tolentino completed her master’s degree in kinesiology and rehabilitation sciences at Hawaii in 2020. While a graduate student at Hawaii, Tolentino was responsible for the care of football and their women’s beach volleyball team, while assisting with men’s golf and women’s cross country.

Tolentino earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training at Alabama working with a variety of teams including the 2018 college football national championship team.

Tolentino is currently a member of NATA and resides in Charlottesville with her rescue dog Kolohe.
