Jarrell joined the Virginia football recruiting staff in December of 2025. He assists with scouting of prospective student athletes and on grounds recruiting.
Jarrell came to UVA after spending the fall of 2025 as a senior scouting assistant at Miami University (Ohio) where he aided the personnel department in the evaluation of high school athletes and the assisted recruiting operations with official visits on home game days. As an undergrad at East Carolina University, he spent two seasons as a scouting intern.
A native of Davidson, N.C., Jarrell earned his undergraduate degree from ECU in Sport Management in August of 2025.
