Jacqueline Haines joined the Virginia athletics communications staff in August of 2026. She works primarily with the Cavaliers’ cross country and track & field programs.
Before joining Virginia, Haines gained experience in communications, social media and athlete branding through internships with College Bound Athletics and Jaeda Skye Media. At College Bound Athletics, she worked across athlete branding, NIL and social media initiatives. During her time with Jaeda Skye Media, she assisted with social media management, content creation, media outreach and public relations efforts.
Haines graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in General Business. While at JMU, she served as the Social Media Chair for Phi Gamma Nu.
