Jason Fridge joined the University of Virginia athletics department as an Assistant Director of Marketing in April of 2026. In this role, he leads the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to support in revenue generation and engagement with fans. His main focus is in directing email marketing strategies and database management.
Fridge arrives at UVA after spending a season with the Philadelphia Eagles as an Email Marketing Associate, executing email campaigns and working with the Business Data and Analytics team to report on performance and engagement across digital channels.
Fridge graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. During his time in school, he completed internships with the Philadelphia Flyers and Tacoma Rainiers.
Prior to SJU, Fridge spent three years at Division III Cabrini University where he was a student-athlete on the men’s lacrosse team and an executive board member of the department’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Fridge was a proud member of the program’s final lacrosse team before the university's closure in 2024 and wrote a series of blogs for USA Lacrosse Magazine chronicling the final season.
A native of Lynnwood, Washington, in his free time Fridge can be found exploring Charlottesville running loops, coaching lacrosse, or talking about how Survivor is the greatest show on television.
