Tiffany Randall joined Virginia Sports Properties in 2026 and currently serves as a Sr. Partnership Services Specialist. Prior to joining UVA, Tiffany worked across several professional and collegiate sports organizations including the Detroit Pistons, Fredericksburg Nationals, Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Guardians, and The Ohio State University Department of Athletics. Her experience spans partnership activation, ticket sales, fan engagement, event operations, and business development, with a strong focus on creating impactful experiences for fans and partners alike.
Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Monroe Township, New Jersey, Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Industry from The Ohio State University, where she also worked within athletics and developed her passion for the sports industry. A former track & field athlete in high school, she remains a passionate sports fan and proudly supports The Ohio State Buckeyes, Detroit Pistons, Cleveland Guardians, and New York Giants.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys playing The Sims, spending time with her puppy Teddy, and watching Hamilton.
