  • UVA’s 49 points were its most since tallying a 49-0 win over VMI in 2013.

  • QB Kurt Benkert totaled career highs in completions (27), yards (421) and touchdown passes (5).
  • Benkert’s 421 passing yards marked a UVA single-game passing record, surpassing a 417-yard effort by Marc Verica vs. Duke in 2010.
  • Benkert’s five TD passes are tied for second on the UVA single-game passing touchdown list (one shy of school-record six by Dan Ellis vs. Buffalo in 1999).
  • Benkert’s five TD passes are the most by a UVA quarterback since Matt Schaub’s five vs. Akron in 2002.
  • Olamide Zaccheaus’ 82-yard touchdown reception was UVA’s longest since 2005 when Deyon Williams tallied a 90-yarder vs. Miami.
  • The 82-yard touchdown reception tied for the 13th longest in UVA history and marked the longest pass play in the ACC coming into this week’s games.
