CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia wrestling team (3-5, 0-3 ACC) continues to compete on the road this weekend, traveling to face Duke (7-8, 0-3 ACC) in a 2 p.m. dual on Saturday (Feb. 12) at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

THE SERIES WITH DUKE
Virginia leads the all-time series with Duke 62-7-2 and have won three straight in the series. Last season, the Hoos picked up a 42-3 win over the Blue Devils in Charlottesville, claiming nine of the 10 weight classes. Four of the seven wins for the Blue Devils have come in meetings in Durham. The last win by the Blue Devils came in the 2018 season when the Cavaliers dropped a 19-16 match.

The Cavaliers are hosting the ACC Wrestling Championships on Sunday, March 6, at John Paul Jones Arena and tickets are on sale for the event. Fans can purchase tickets at www.UVATix.com and are $10 for adults and $5 for youth 18 and under. ACC students get in free with a valid student ID. Group tickets are available for $3 for groups of 20 or more.
