CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Six members of the Virginia men’s squash team earned academic honors from the College Squash Association and the Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference.

Evan Hajek and Petr Nohel were recognized with CSA Scholar-Athlete Awards, which are granted to varsity juniors or seniors who have played on the team throughout their college careers, earned at least two varsity letters, participated in the majority of the team’s matches in the top 10 of the lineup during the season, and achieved a high academic standing at their institution. Hajek, and Nohel were also named to the All-MASC Academic Team along with CJ Baldini, Patrick Keller, Krishna Mishra, and JP Tew. To be eligible, student-athletes of any class year must maintain a 3.5+ cumulative GPA.
