• NCAA Outdoor 800m Champion in personal-best 1:44.97
• One of two collegiate athletes to run sub 1:45 for 800m this season
• Won the fourth NCAA 800m title in program history
• ACC bronze medalist in the 800m (1:46.89)
• Recorded new personal-best 3:47.34 at the Raleigh Relays
• Member of Virginia’s 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays (7:16.75)
• Qualified for the US Olympic Team Trials in the 800m

2024 Indoor

• Competed in the 800m at three consecutive meets: Eagle Invite, BU Daid Hemery Valentine Invitational, and the Arkansas Qualifier where he ran a personal best of 1:48.15 for fifth place
• Started the season by helping Virginia to a second in the distance medley relay at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Assisted in Virginia racing to first in the distance medley relay at the Penn State National Open along with competing in the 800m

2023 Cross Country
• Made his Cavalier debut at the XC23 Pre-National meet running 8k in 25:10.6
