• Named 2015 Athlete of Year by both Chesapeake Sports Club and Norfolk Sports Club
• Named to all-conference team his junior and senior seasons and tabbed as conference player of year in 2015
• Led team to state championship his junior year
• Posted 29-5 career record with 1.79 ERA and 311 strikeouts; also batted .312
• Named Most Valuable Pitcher at 2013 World Wood Bat Tournament
• Coached by Hank Kraft at Hickory HS
• Was honor graduate with 3.9 grade-point average
• Played travel team baseball with EvoShield Canes
