• Will be the third sibling to attend the University of Virginia. His brothers Juan de Dios (graduated 2011) and Pablo (graduated 2017) both played soccer for UVA. His sister, Marcela graduated from UVA in 2013
• His brother Pablo played four seasons at Virginia and was part of the 2014 National Championship Team. He was eventually drafted by the Houston Dynamo and currently plays for Antigua GFC (Guatemalan First Division) that won the 2019 National Championship. Juan Dios was a member of the team for one season in 2008.
