Greg Seifert joined the Cavaliers as director of player development ahead of the 2026 season.
Seifert spent all four years of his playing career at Princeton where he made 60 total appearances and 40 starts. In his senior season, Seifert earned All-Ivy League honors after leading the league in scoring with 11 goals and four assists for a league-high 26 points. He also helped Princeton to an Ivy League title in 2014 as a sophomore.
Following his career in college soccer, Seifert served as a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer from 2018-2026.
His wife, Blake (Dietrick) Seifert, attends the Darden School of Business at UVA after playing professional basketball from 2015-2025 both overseas and in the WNBA.
