2015 – Started all 12 games … started eight games at left guard and started four games at right guard … allowed zero sacks on 413 passing plays … saw time in 833 offensive plays between right and left guard … saw time in 57 special teams plays for 890 total plays … helped block for one of the ACC’s most dynamic players, Taquan Mizzell, who broke the ACC record for receiving yards by a running back with 721 … part of an offensive line that saw the UVA rushing game break the 200-yard plateau three times (UNC, GT, VT). 2014 – Appeared in all 12 of UVA’s games with 11 starts … made all 11 starts at center … took part in 774 offensive plays and 833 plays over all … ran on 75 offensive plays out of UVA’s record 102 offensive plays at No. 21 BYU … helped UVA accumulate 500 yards of total offense in back-to-back games (BYU and Kent State) for the first time since 2004 … named ACC Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week after helping Kevin Parks rush for a career-high 169 yards and a touchdown against Pitt. 2013 – Appeared in nine of UVA’s 12 games … made four starts at center … did not play against Ball State, Maryland or Duke … part of an offensive line that helped block for Kevin Parks, who became UVA’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2004 … took part in 270 offensive plays … also appeared in 10 special teams plays. 2012 – Appeared in all 12 games … saw some time at center … saw most action at the right guard position … helped an offense that has out gained 7 of their 12 opponents, including a streak of six in a row … helped UVA amass over 500 yards of total offense multiple times in a season for the first time since 2004 … helped protect UVA QBs as they passed for a program record 480 yards in a game against Louisiana Tech. 2011 – Redshirted … dressed for the William & Mary, Southern Miss, Idaho, Georgia Tech, NC State, Duke and Virginia Tech games … also dressed for the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
