2018 – Appeared in 11 of UVA’s 13 games with six starts at left guard … started and played every snap at left guard in UVA’s 28-0 win vs. South Carolina in the Belk Bowl … graded out by Pro Football Focus (PFF) as highest UVA offensive player in pass pro (85.7) and third best in run blocking (72.4) while playing every snap of that game … posted the team’s third highest overall offensive rating in 74.5 in Belk Bowl win … a key blocker for Bryce Perkins, who was one of two players in the nation with 2,600+ passing yards (2,680) and 900+ rushing yards (923), joining Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray … Perkins finished the season No. 1 in the ACC and No. 13 in the nation with 206 points responsible for … Perkins was also No. 3 in the ACC and No. 21 in the nation with 3,603 yards of total offense. 2017 – Appeared in all 13 of UVA’s games with five starts … started the William & Mary, Indiana and Louisville games at right guard … started the Pitt and Georgia Tech games at left guard … posted 22 knockdown blocks on the season … had a season-high four knockdown blocks at Pitt … helped block for Kurt Benkert, who became the first Cavalier in program history to throw for over 3,000 yards in a single season. 2016 – Appeared in eight of UVA’s 12 games with one start … made collegiate debut at Oregon … made first collegiate start at right guard in season finale at Virginia Tech … helped block for Taquan Mizzell, the first player in ACC history with 1,500 career rushing and 1,500 career receiving yards … helped block for an offense that saw Kurt Benkert break UVA’s passing record for a game and become the quickest UVA QB to throw for 2,000 yards in a season. 2015 – Did not appear in any games … redshirted season.
