Played defensive end and wide receiver at Indiana Senior High School for head coach Mark Zilinskas … made 90 tackles, 15 sacks and broke up 15 passes in 2013 for the Little Indians … was a 1,000-yard receiver with five touchdowns on offense … named to the Class AAA Pennsylvania Football Writers’ All-State team … also a four-year letterwinner at forward on the basketball team … scored 960 career points and was first-team all-county three times … broke the county triple-jump record at 45’6″ … member of the relay team that broke the school record in the 4×8 with a time of 7:55 … son of Carl and Chanda Carter … major is undeclared and is currently studying in UVa’s College of Arts and Sciences.
