2016 – Started all 12 games at right tackle … had 45 knockdown blocks (separate from cut blocks) … had 13 cut blocks (separate from knockdown blocks) … durable right tackle that leads UVA with 834 offensive plays … helped block for Taquan Mizzell, the first player in ACC history with 1,500 career rushing and 1,500 career receiving yards … helped block for an offense that saw Kurt Benkert break UVA’s passing record for a game and become the quickest UVA QB to throw for 2,000 yards in a season. 2015 – Started all 12 of UVA’s games at right tackle … did see some time at left tackle … appeared in 766 total offensive plays and allowed only two sacks on 413 passing opportunities … took 57 special teams reps for 823 total plays … helped block for one of the ACC’s most dynamic players, Taquan Mizzell, who broke the ACC record for receiving yards by a running back with 721 … part of an offensive line that saw the UVA rushing game break the 200-yard plateau three times (UNC, GT, VT). 2014 – Started all 12 of UVA’s games … started every game at right tackle … helped UVA accumulate 500 yards of total offense in back-to-back games (BYU and Kent State) for the first time since 2004 … saw time on 777 offensive plays … played all 102 snaps of UVA’s record for plays in a game (102) at No. 21 BYU. 2013 – Appeared in nine of UVA’s 12 games, including starting the final eight games of the season … one of 12 true freshmen to appear for UVA … made collegiate debut against VMI … made first collegiate start against Ball State at right tackle … became only the fourth true freshman to start at a tackle position in UVA program history … joined D’Brickashaw Ferguson (LT – 2002), Brad Butler (RT – 2002) and Morgan Moses (RT – 2010) … part of an offensive line that helped block for Kevin Parks, who became UVA’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2004 … took part in 611 offensive plays … also appeared in 25 special teams plays.
