From Chantilly, Virginia… son of Jennifer and Scott Griese… has two siblings, Renee and Claire… his grandfather, Bob, played quarterback in the NFL and is a Pro Football Hall of Fame … his uncle, Brian, is the quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers… his father, Scott, played defensive back at UVA… enrolled in UVA’s College of Arts and Sciences.
