Bailey Hill joined the Virginia athletics program in September 2025 as an assistant athletic trainer and works with the Cavalier baseball program.

Hill is a graduate of the University of Southern California with Bachelors in both human biology and Spanish. She is also a graduate of Shenandoah University with a Master of Science in Athletic Training and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. As a graduate student, Hill worked with the Hornets’ baseball, men’s basketball, and football teams as well as the Texas A&M baseball program.

Following her graduate studies, Hill began a seasonal athletic training position with the Boston Red Sox in the Florida Complex League in Fort Myers, FL where she used her graduate studies and Spanish language skills to work with both the rookie level players and minor league long-term injuries. Following her time in the minor leagues, Hill began working with the reigning National Champion Louisiana State University baseball team in September 2023. While in Baton Rouge, Hill headed the long-term rehabs and cared for the daily maintenance with the baseball team while providing interim coverage with the LSU cheer team.

Hill comes to UVA following her two-year tenure at LSU, where she was a part of the National Champion winning baseball team in 2025.

Hill hold certifications in Graston M1 technique, Structure and Function Dry Needling Level 1, Integrated Kinetic Neurology Level 1, and CPR/AED for Basic Life Support.

Originally from Montgomery County, MD, Hill now resides in Charlottesville where she enjoys exploring hiking trails, reading mystery thrillers, and spending time with loved ones.
